Covid-19 update - 13/05/2020
We are still operating as normal for the time being.
We appreciate that many plumbing and heating issues cannot wait so we will continue to help for as long as we are able to.
We are following government guidelines and being very careful with hygiene - washing hands when arriving at appointments and again just before leaving appointments. We are also using antibacterial gel regularly and we will keep as much physical distance from customers as possible. Please keep this in mind during any visits.
We will monitor the situation daily and if the guidelines change or if we (or any close family members) show any symptoms then we will of course have to self-isolate and we will postpone all appointments. We would ask you to please do the same and cancel your appointment if anyone in your household is showing symptoms or needing to self-isolate.
Hopefully we can all be considerate and keep each other safe & healthy. We will keep you updated of any changes.
