Mark always aims to have your new boiler up and running as soon as possible. He'll give you a clear timescale at your free visit, so you know exactly when you'll have heating and hot water again.
Is Mark Gas Safe registered?
Yes. Mark is Gas Safe registered – PlumbLincs Ltd, number 567669. You can check him on the Gas Safe Register website or by calling their free helpline on 0800 408 5500.
Will I deal with the same person throughout?
Yes. PlumbLincs is a one-man business – Mark quotes, Mark fits your boiler, and Mark is who you call afterwards.
Do you charge for a quote?
No. Quotes are free and no-obligation, including a free visit to look at your home and discuss exactly what you need.
What happens to my old boiler?
Mark takes care of it. The old boiler is removed and disposed of, so you're not left with it.
Is your work guaranteed?
Yes. All work is guaranteed and fully insured. New boilers come with manufacturer warranties of up to 10 years – and Mark registers the boiler for you, so that's one less thing to worry about.
